The Bonde, affectionately called by local residents as “Bondinho”, is the unique tram-line still in operation in Rio de Janeiro and passes close to our guesthouse. It allows you to travel in the most unusual and unique to the centre of Rio de Janeiro where you can take the subway to Copacabana and Ipanema beaches.
